1. Warranty Overview

Unless an individual product page expressly states another period, eligible VIVACLOTHER smart eyewear purchased directly from vivaclother.shop is covered by a limited manufacturing-defect warranty for 90 days from confirmed delivery.

This warranty applies to qualifying defects under normal intended use. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Products Covered

The warranty is intended for eligible smart eyewear and included electronic components purchased from vivaclother.shop. Coverage applies to the purchased product and included accessories only to the extent described in this Warranty.

3. Potentially Covered Manufacturing Defects

Examples That May Be Covered

  • Frame structural defect caused by manufacturing.
  • Hinge manufacturing defect.
  • Power-button hardware failure.
  • Touch-control hardware failure.
  • Charging-port or charging-contact manufacturing defect.
  • Speaker hardware failure.
  • Microphone hardware failure.
  • Camera hardware failure on eligible models.
  • Electrical assembly failure under normal use.
  • Confirmed missing included components caused by packing error.

Examples Normally Excluded

  • Drops, impact, crushing or bending.
  • Scratches and ordinary cosmetic wear.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Unauthorized repair, disassembly or modification.
  • Improper charging equipment or excessive voltage.
  • Liquid damage beyond published limits.
  • Normal battery aging.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage.

4. Frame, Hinge & Physical Structure

A frame or hinge failure may be reviewed where evidence suggests a manufacturing problem rather than excessive force, impact, bending, accidental pressure or normal wear.

Minor cosmetic variation, surface wear or scratches caused after delivery are not normally manufacturing defects.

5. Speakers & Microphones

Hardware failure affecting integrated speakers or microphones may be reviewed where the problem occurs during normal intended use.

Sound quality can also be influenced by Bluetooth connection, phone settings, environmental noise, volume level or blocked openings, so troubleshooting may be required before a hardware claim is approved.

6. Camera Hardware

For camera-equipped models, camera hardware failure may be reviewed during the applicable warranty period.

Image quality differences caused solely by lighting, focus distance, software compression, app settings or unsupported third-party services do not automatically indicate a hardware defect.

7. Battery & Charging

Rechargeable batteries are consumable components and naturally lose capacity over time and charging cycles. Gradual reduction in runtime is not automatically a manufacturing defect.

Abnormally early battery or charging failure may be reviewed where compatible charging equipment was used and there is no evidence of impact, liquid contamination, excessive voltage or unauthorized modification.

8. Water, Sweat & Moisture

Water resistance is model-specific. A product should not be treated as waterproof unless the product page provides a specific rating.

Damage caused by exposure beyond published limits is normally excluded from this limited warranty.

9. Software, Firmware & App Troubleshooting

Some apparent product faults may be software-related. Before requiring physical return, we may ask the customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting such as:

  • Charge the device fully.
  • Restart the glasses.
  • Restart the phone.
  • Forget and re-pair Bluetooth.
  • Check companion-app permissions.
  • Update the companion application.
  • Update firmware where supported.
  • Perform a model-specific reset.

10. AI & Third-Party Service Availability

Some smart functions rely on independent apps, cloud platforms or AI providers. The hardware warranty does not guarantee that an independent service will remain permanently available, retain identical features or remain free of charge.

11. Warranty Claim Information

To review a warranty request, we may ask for:

  • Order number and customer name.
  • Product model.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Date the problem began.
  • Clear photographs or video.
  • Charging or indicator-light status.
  • App or firmware version where relevant.
  • Troubleshooting already attempted.

12. Claim Process

STEP 01

Contact Support

Email doublezip@126.com with order details.

STEP 02

Provide Evidence

Send clear photos, video or technical information.

STEP 03

Troubleshoot

Complete reasonable troubleshooting if requested.

STEP 04

Resolution

Follow repair, replacement, return or refund instructions.

13. Do Not Disassemble During Review

Important: do not internally repair or disassemble a product while a warranty request is under review. Unauthorized internal repair can make it difficult to determine the original cause of a fault and can affect warranty eligibility.

14. Available Remedies

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an approved warranty claim may be resolved through troubleshooting assistance, repair where practical, replacement, comparable replacement, partial refund or full refund.

15. Return Shipping for Confirmed Defects

If we determine that a covered manufacturing defect is our responsibility and a physical return is required, we may provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping according to the instructions supplied for the claim.

Do not ship a product to the registered company address unless support specifically instructs you to do so.

16. Proof of Purchase

Warranty support requires reasonable proof that the product was purchased from vivaclother.shop, such as an order number, order confirmation or invoice.

17. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This limited warranty does not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
