VIVACLOTHER · DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility
VIVACLOTHER is committed to improving access to vivaclother.shop for customers with different abilities, devices and assistive technologies. This page explains our accessibility approach, current design practices, known limitations and how to request assistance.
1. Our Accessibility Commitment
VIVACLOTHER believes customers should be able to browse smart eyewear, understand technical specifications, read customer policies, contact support and complete a purchase without unnecessary digital barriers.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As our website, product catalog and third-party integrations change, we aim to review navigation, readability, forms, media and interactive components as part of routine website maintenance.
We use widely recognized accessibility principles as a reference when improving the website. We do not claim that every page, plugin or third-party service provides identical accessibility in every browser, device or assistive-technology combination.
2. Accessibility Principles
Perceivable
Important information should be readable and available in text where reasonably practicable.
Operable
Common controls and navigation should work through widely used interaction methods.
Understandable
Labels, product information and policies should use consistent language and structure.
Robust
We seek reasonable compatibility with modern browsers, devices and assistive technologies.
Where reasonably practicable, recognized WCAG principles are used as a reference when reviewing important pages and functions.
3. Website Features We Aim to Support
- Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Logical heading structures on key pages.
- Readable typography, spacing and content width.
- Color contrast intended to keep important text legible.
- Descriptive text for links and buttons.
- Visible labels for important forms.
- Keyboard-friendly common controls where supported.
- Browser zoom and text scaling.
- Reduced animation when a user's device requests reduced motion.
- Written product specifications that do not rely only on images.
4. Accessibility of Product Information
Smart eyewear can involve detailed purchasing information. A customer may need to know whether a model includes a camera, what phone operating systems it supports, whether an app is required, how it charges and whether an AI feature is available.
We therefore aim to provide important information in written form, including Bluetooth compatibility, audio and microphone functions, camera availability, AI or translation requirements, battery and charging information, frame dimensions, water-resistance information where relevant, and shipping/return/warranty terms.
5. Images, Video & Product Media
Product images are intended to supplement written information rather than replace it. Where media communicates important product characteristics, we aim to accompany it with product titles, specifications or explanatory text.
Some older uploaded media or third-party embedded content may not yet contain complete alternative descriptions. We continue to improve legacy content when it is reviewed or replaced.
6. Forms, Account Functions & Checkout
Important forms should use clear labels and understandable instructions. Where possible, fields are presented in a logical order and validation messages identify what needs attention.
Checkout may include interfaces operated by independent payment providers. Those providers control their own authentication and accessibility implementation, which can differ from the VIVACLOTHER website.
7. Assistive Technology
We aim for reasonable compatibility with screen readers, keyboard navigation, browser zoom, magnification tools, voice-control software and operating-system accessibility settings.
Because combinations of devices, browsers, plugins and assistive technologies vary, behavior may not be identical in every technical environment.
8. Third-Party Services
Some parts of the customer journey can depend on payment processors, logistics tracking pages, analytics services, embedded content or customer-support tools.
We cannot directly control every accessibility feature of these external systems. If a third-party interface prevents completion of an essential action, contact us and describe the problem.
9. Known Limitations & Ongoing Improvement
- Some older product media may have incomplete descriptions.
- Third-party payment or authentication screens may behave differently.
- External carrier websites may not follow the same design standards.
- Some interactive components may work differently in older browsers.
- Embedded third-party content may have limitations outside our control.
Material accessibility issues identified through customer feedback or internal review may be considered as part of ongoing website maintenance.
10. Feedback & Contact
When reporting an accessibility problem, helpful information includes the page URL, what you were trying to do, your browser/device and—if you choose to share it—the assistive technology involved.
